A tiny, zero-dependency MVVM toolkit for Flutter: a ViewModel base, a lifecycle-owning scoped provider, and Builder/Selector/Listener widgets — a few hundred lines, Flutter-SDK-only. Published on pub.dev.

Read and write the internal flash of an Itelma M74 CAN engine ECU (Infineon XC2765X) over K-line, on the bench — cross-platform, no vendor DLLs, no dongle. Byte-exact verified on hardware.

- Built the site from scratch, then moved it from Astro to Next.js 16 (App Router, React Server Components) once it outgrew a landing page — React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4.
- Sign-in and a donor account with the cases the donor supported and their subscriptions; one-off and case-targeted donations via Stripe PaymentIntents, monthly giving via Stripe Checkout and the customer portal.
- Global and EU versions on one domain with region-specific legal documents; news pages built from the blog's RSS; an in-house design system built from Figma and checked against it automatically.
- Self-hosted: Docker standalone build deployed via GitLab CI to a VPS; live data from the Directus-backed API with cached fallbacks.
